Our brokerage service is in preparation. Our real-estate licence (takken-gyo) is under application, and the service will launch once it is granted.
Until then, any transaction requiring a licence is carried out by licensed real-estate agencies in our partner network. Property registration is handled by licensed judicial scriveners, and residency or visa procedures are referred to certified administrative scriveners or attorneys.
