People on the Ground

A strategy means nothing without people to run it.
We train multilingual talent, then connect it to the places that need it.

Our Approach

Visitor numbers keep climbing, and yet nobody on site speaks another language.
So before we started looking for people, we started training them.
Build somewhere to learn, then connect that to the places that need it. This division works in two stages.

Multilingual Staffing

Multilingual Staffing Support

We are building a service that connects workplaces needing language support — tour guiding, inbound hospitality, interpreting, tax-free retail and trade show staffing — with people who have both the language and the service skills. From single shifts during peak season to building a standing team, designed around how demand actually moves.

Why Now

Why this, and why now.

Reason 01

The need came first

Across our regional consulting work, the sentence we heard most often from municipalities and tourism operators was "we have nobody who speaks English." Before strategy, there simply were not enough people.

Reason 02

We started on the training side

Rather than going looking for people, we built somewhere for them to learn. Guide Training now draws aspiring guides from across Japan. Being involved from the point where someone is still learning, not just when they are ready to hire — that is where this division begins.

Reason 03

It closes the loop

Meet Japan through travel, settle through real estate, sharpen value through consulting. Adding people extends what we can offer all the way to working here.

The multilingual staffing service is in preparation. Scope and launch timing may change.
Any activity constituting fee-charging employment placement or worker dispatch under Japanese law will begin only once the required licences are granted.

Other Divisions

Our other divisions.

Our divisions are not separate businesses. You meet Japan through travel, settle through real estate, sharpen value through consulting, and people make it all work. Each one feeds the next.

Tell us what you are short of.

Ahead of launch we are talking to workplaces about what they actually need.
Whether you are short of staff, or interested in registering as one, we would like to hear from you.
