Is the first consultation free? ▾
Yes — the first conversation costs nothing. Tell us where you are, and we will come back with what we think we can do. Fees only begin once a contract is formally agreed.
Do you work with small businesses? ▾
Most of our clients are small businesses, sole traders and startups. We build plans around your budget and scale, so please just ask.
Do you support clients outside Japan? ▾
Yes. We work with clients overseas in English throughout — for property, travel and staffing alike. Meetings are online by default, and we travel to the site when a stage of the project calls for it.
Can individuals join Japan Best Trip tours? ▾
Yes — individuals, groups and companies are all welcome. For corporate clients we also build training, incentive and hospitality programmes. See the Japan Best Trip page for details.
Which language will you reply in? ▾
If you write to us in English, we reply in English. Our team works bilingually in Japanese and English across every division.
How long until you reply? ▾
We aim to reply within 48 business hours. Enquiries received on weekends or Japanese public holidays are answered from the next business day. If it is urgent, please write "URGENT" in your message.
